Vendors
If you have a female run local business or a special organization geared to women, we are very interested in accommodating you with table space at the conference. (Click on the video below to see the facility space where the conference will be held.)
Tables are approximately 6 – 8 feet and are 150 dollars each, which also includes admission for one into the conference and one lunch. If you have extra people at your table and need extra lunches, they are an additional 15 dollars each and can be paid for separately on the vendor form below. Each vendor will need a lunch reservation in order to get lunch. Your vendor name and number of lunches will be recorded and lunch tickets will be distributed to you at the conference.
This year vendor tables will be strategically placed in the mid and west atrium so that they will be fully accessible and visible to every attendee as they walk through the conference. Each table comes with two chairs. We have room for 70 tables only, and they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis, but we reserve the right to refuse any vendors that the committee believes does not celebrate the spirit of our gathering.

Advertising is available in our conference program. Prices are as follows:
¼ page (4” x 3” or approximately the size of one business card)…….. 35 USD
½ page (4.5 “ x 5.5 “ approximately)……………………………………… 50 USD
Full page (8.5” x 5.5 “ approximately) …………………………………………85 USD
